EarthCam: This site has live webcam video of various places around the world.
Localingual: Listen to the voices of the world with this fun interactive map.
Google Maps: As you probably already know, this is a huge source of maps of the world. Plus it has photo tours, photos, and street view to show what places really look like.
Lizard Point Consulting: This website offers interactive quizzes on world geography by topic or region.
Mr. Nussbaum: Includes interactive maps and activities for kids.
Geography-Map-Games: Online games and quizzes on world geography, especially cities.
Coolmath-Games: Has a Geography section with online games for kids.
CRW Flags: This site has a huge collection of flags from around the world and for many purposes.
National Geographic Kids: Has online geography games, puzzles and quizzes designed just for kids. Also on the National Geographic site are maps, facts, articles and more.
World Atlas: Free printable maps of the world.
Info Please: The atlas section of this site has free printable maps.
