The internet is full of them.
Unfortunately, you can’t just take one and use it for anything you want. That could violate copyright laws.
Fortunately, there are some websites that have put together collections of royalty free images such as photos and clipart that CAN be used for just about anything including commercial use. That means that these images can be used in classrooms, homeschool co-ops, blogs, products, and more.
I have a list of some of these sites that have royalty free images below. Note that you WILL want to check their terms to verify that their images can be used for the purposes you intend including commercial use.

Websites With Royalty Free Images
Open Clipart: This site is FULL of vector graphics which can be enlarged or shrunk to practically any size.
WP Clipart: This is a great site for free clipart.
Pixabay: Pixabay has over 300,000 free photos and vector illustrations.
Clker: You’ll find a large collection of free clipart on Clker.
Copyright Free Photos: This site has a wide variety of free photos.
Great Lakes National Program: This site hosted by the EPA has a collection of Great Lakes photos.
Images of Northern Forests: This site hosted by the Forest Service has a collection of nature photos.
Slippery Rock University: This site has an assortment of graphics ranging from machines and ornamentals to plants and reptiles.
Karen’s Whimsy: Karen has put together a collection of graphics from vintage art.
Morgue File: This site offers a large collection of free photos. Images must be modified for use.
Public Domain Photos – This site has totally free photos and clipart although you need to be careful to avoid images with trademarked items or logos.
Library of Congress: The Library of Congress has many collections of vintage graphics and photos. Be sure to verify that the images you choose can be used for commercial purposes.
Free Photos: As the name suggests, this site has an assortment of free photos.
Picdrome: This site has free photos, textures, and backgrounds.
Public Domain Image: This website has photos, wallpaper, and other graphics.
Reusable Art: This is a collection of vintage images that are copyright free.
US History Images: As the name suggests, this is an assortment of images from US history.
Zorger: This site has an assortment of images ranging from photos to book illustrations.
Free Graphics: This website offers a variety of free clipart.
NASA: The National Aeronautics and Space Administration has a variety of space related photos. You’ll want to check out this page for their usage rights.
