If you’re trying to find Chinese language homeschool curriculum, you’re in luck. I did a hunt recently and found some materials that I think you’ll like.
These materials include books, software, online programs and more. While most teach Mandarin Chinese, there is at least one resource that teaches Cantonese Chinese.

Rocket Languages – Get access to an online Chinese course from Rocket Languages.
Rosetta Stone – Get homeschool software for learning Chinese from Rosetta Stone.
The Learnables – Students can learn Chinese through an immersion method that uses a picture system.
The Linguist Institute – LingQ has a Chinese language online learning program.
Tuttle Publishing – Tuttle has a variety of products for learning Chinese including books, dictionaries and flash cards.
Vis-Ed – Get Chinese vocabulary cards for study on Vis-Ed.
