While I was looking online recently, I discovered some apps that can help your kids learn about the orchestra. They can be used as part of your music curriculum to introduce your children to the instruments of the orchestra. I would also include a trip to see a real orchestra, or, at the very least, let your kids watch a video of a real orchestra performing.
All of these apps work on iOS devices and a few work on Android. They are suitable for ages 4 through 10.
