I found a batch of reading comprehension songs for you recently that you can use in your homeschool.
Why reading comprehension songs?
Well, every good reader has some tools and techniques in his repository of that enable him to comprehend what he is reading. Struggling readers, on the other hand, may need to be taught some of those techniques. And, as you probably already know, songs make learning new concepts fun!
The videos I found for you teach some common reading comprehension strategies like context clues and drawing conclusions. They do not teach phonics. That will be covered in another post.
