If you have a child or teen who would like to learn to draw, you might want to look into drawing tutorials. Good tutorials created by a master artist can be some of the best tools for learning how to draw well.
I have a list of companies for you today that publish drawing tutorials in a variety of formats including book and video. Some are designed for children while others work well for teens and adults.

Bower Arts – Jan Bower is the creator of the Drawing Success DVD Course with an accompanying Lesson Book that’s designed for teens and adults.
ChalkPastel.com – Kids can learn to draw and color with chalk pastels using the books and videos on this site.
How Great Thou Art – Barry Stebbing has a variety of books that teach, among other things, drawing.
Mark Kistler – The well-known Mark Kistler has fun 3D drawing lessons which you can get at a reduced price through the Homeschool Buyers Co-Op.
Rainbow Resource Center – Kids can get drawing lessons and handwriting practice with the Draw Write Now series available on Amazon.
