If you want a lot of handwriting paper for a really low price, even lower than it costs to print it yourself, you’ll want to look into lined newsprint paper.
You may remember using this kind of paper as a child. It was off-white or gray and had blue and sometimes red lines.
You can still get this inexpensive paper. It usually comes in packs of 500 sheets so it will last you a very long time.

What is rule?
Rule is the spacing between the lines. Typically, younger children need wider spacing with a larger rule like 1″ or 1 1/8″ and the opposite is true for older children. This is a guideline, however, not a hard fast rule.
