Did you know that young learners can begin to practice beginning geography skills with map play rugs?
These rugs can be used to introduce children to continents, countries, U.S. states, and important physical features of these areas. They can do fun gross motor activities such as hopping to Africa or walking to Texas on these rugs. They can also spend time just looking at and exploring the features on each map.
