When you need an idea for an art activity, you can sometimes find what you need on YouTube. It has a small collection of channels that have crafts for kids.
I have a list of these child-friendly channels below. They have videos that teach everything from paper folding to salt painting and are suitable for a wide range of ages. Some of the videos use spoken instructions while others have written directions so you’ll want to keep that in mind when choosing a video for your kids to watch.

Red Ted Art – This list wouldn’t be complete without Red Ted Art. It has an incredible collection of crafts for kids of all ages.
The Artful Parent – Kids who are readers can learn to make a wide variety of crafts from salt painting to clay leaf prints from these videos.
Kids Cooking and Crafts – Kids can learn how to make tons of fun stuff from Ava and Axel.
Arts and Crafts – Children who can read will be able to follow along and make the crafts on this site.
innerchildfunmedia – Kids who can read will be able to learn to make everything from slime to mini sketch books.
SimpleKidsCrafts – Doll Crafts, Miniatures & More – This channel focuses on crafts for dolls and uses written instructions.
