Continuing our series on addition, I have some videos with adding by 2 songs for you today.

The +2 facts are shown in ascending, descending, and mixed up ways in these videos. Dominoes are used as visuals in one of them. Two have sections that give your child time to respond with the correct answer.

Kids will learn facts up to 11 + 2 as well as the commutative property from this song video.

The Adding by 2 Song (Math Facts) – Addition Song for Kids by Silly School Songs
This video teaches kids facts up to 9 + 2 and uses dominoes as visuals. Facts are sung in both ascending then descending order.

2 Plus Addition by 2 Song and Video Flash Cards by The Multiplication Table Channel
Instead of +2, this video teaches 2+ a number. Facts are first given in order with answers and then with answers delayed. Finally, facts are presented mixed up without the answer given.

In this video, children will practice the +2 facts mixed up. Facts are shown in three ways. First answers are given for each fact. Second, children are given time to respond with the correct answer and then the answer is shown. Finally, the problems are displayed without answers with time for the children to respond.
