If children sit around too much, they get restless and become unable to focus on learning. That’s where brain breaks come in. These quick exercises can help get the blood flowing and the wiggles out so that your kids can settle down to study again.
I have links to free brain break printables for you below. Most are cards, but one can be used to make a dice to roll. These pages are all full color, however, they can be printed in ink-saving black and white if you like.
Use them to give your kids quick 5-10 minute breaks during the day or during indoor recess on rainy days.
