Choosing and Ordering Standardized Tests on HSLDA – Here’s a PDF by the Home School Legal Defense Association that provides information on four different tests; the Iowa Test of Basic Skill, the Stanford Achievement Test, the California Achievement Test, and the Comprehensive Test of Basic Skills. It also discusses practice tests and test results.
Choosing Standardized Tests on HEAV – This is a Virginia homeschool site that has good descriptions of a wide variety of tests. Keep in mind that your state may or may not allow some of these tests. Check your state requirements before purchasing.
Homeschool Testing Options Comparison on Homeschool Boss – This article has a nice comparison chart of tests and discusses the various testing formats.
