Recognizing and making rhymes are important skills for beginning readers, and what better way to practice those skills than with rhyming games. Games have a way of making monotonous tasks enjoyable for children and something that the child considers fun “clicks” in the brain more easily than something he considers boring.
Below you’ll find a list of games that encourage children to practice rhyming skills. These are printable games so there’s no need to wait for them to come to your door. Just download, print, and assemble.
